Muharram bank holiday date 2023, Bank holiday tomorrow, Muharram bank holiday date: Branches of certain commercial banks, public as well as private, will remain shut tomorrow, July 29 for the Muharram holiday, according to the official list of bank holidays by the RBI. Muharram marks the beginning of the Islamic New Year. RBI classifies bank holidays in three categories: holidays under the Negotiable Instruments Act, holidays under the Negotiable Instruments Act and Real-Time Gross Settlement Holidays, and Banks’ Closing of Accounts.
