Shriram Finance offers up to 9.15% interest on FD

FD interest rate: This special FD scheme is for a 50-month tenure where women investors will get an interest benefit of an extra 0.10 per cent per annum (p.a.), senior citizens will receive an additional interest of 0.5 per cent p.a., and woman senior citizens will receive an additional interest of 0.6 per cent p.a.

FD interest rate: On the occasion of its golden jubilee, retail non-banking and finance company (NBFC) Shriram Finance has announced special fixed deposit rates under the Jubilee Deposit (Shriram Unnati Deposits). According to the announcement, customers can get up to 9.15 per cent interest on fixed deposits (FDs). 

This special FD scheme is for a 50-month tenure where women investors will get an interest benefit of an extra 0.10 per cent per annum (p.a.), senior citizens will receive an additional interest of 0.5 per cent p.a., and woman senior citizens will receive an additional interest of 0.6 per cent p.a.

Shriram Finance FD interest rate 2023: Calculation 

To put things into perspective, if a person invests Rs 1,00,000 for 50 months in an FD, they will get Rs 1,40,500 on maturity. Similarly, women will earn Rs 1,41,000 on maturity, woman senior citizens will get Rs 1,44,000 on maturity, and senior citizens will get Rs 1,43,400 on maturity.
