Dynamic Allocation Funds: He further said that dynamic allocation funds will also be beneficial for the investors. In these types of funds, fund managers allocate funds in debt and equity according to their calculations and reading of the market situation. 

Flexi Funds: Singhvi said that the third kind of funds that investors should invest in is Flexi Funds. In these types of funds, the fund manager has the option to invest in large cap, mid cap and small cap funds without any restrictions. The investment decision is dictated by the mood of the markets.
