SBI Home Loan Processing Fee: There is a special offer for the State Bank of India (SBI) customers. The search for new homes ends this Independence Day as the SBI has rolled out a special offer for those looking to buy new homes. Under this offer, one can avail home loan from the largest public sector bank in the country and that too without any processing fee. One can simply avail this offer via SBI YONO or by giving a missed call to 7208933140. For further details, one can login to homeloans.sbi.

Recently, the largest public sector lender has tweeted from its official Twitter account regarding the zero processing home loan. The recent tweet from SBI said, "This Independence Day, step into your dream home, with ZERO* processing fee on Home Loans. Apply Now: sbiyono.sbi."

 

One can avail for the loan by simply giving a missed call to 7208933140 or by logging in to SBI YONO. Those who still have not downloaded the SBI YONO app must download it to avail the zero processing home loan. The SBI YONO app is available to download on the Android and iOS devices.

As per homeloans.sbi, one can also call 1800 11 2018 to avail this home loan. The interested individuals must note that the last date for this special offer is August 31, 2021.

The benefits offered for this home loan are as follows:

1) Zero processing fee

2) 5 BPS interest concession for women

3) 5 BPS interest consession via YONO

4) Lowest interest rates starting from 6.70 per cent onwards
