InLogg was founded by ex-Flipkart employees and partners with local courier firms in tier II and tier III towns so that it can enable deliveries in non-metro cities. The cost associated with delivering to remote parts of non-metro cities are high in cost for e-commercies companies.
The acquisition of InLogg is expected to reduce the delivery costs of Myntra in smaller cities by about 25%. Myntra's acquisition deal will entail the induction of the InLogg team into the company.
InLogg was started by Preeti Jain along with Prateek Gautam and Hemant Agarwal.
