Now use Ola Money to pay for fuel, LPG at Bharat Petroleum outlets
In an attempt to achieve the government's vision of Digital India, mobile payments wallet company Ola Money on Monday announced its partnership with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL).
Ola Money users can now pay money for their LPG gas and fuel across BPCL’s 13,000 fuel stations and 4,500 LPG distributors, Ola Money said in a press release.
With the alliance, both driver partners and consumers will be able to pay for their fuel and LPG requirements with Ola Money on VeriFone enabled PoS devices, it added.

“At Ola money, we are supporting the Government of India in achieving the shared vision of a truly ‘Digital India’. BPCL is one of India’s leading fuel and LPG suppliers; and we are excited to be working closely with them aiding lakhs of people to transact conveniently. We are working to bring more and more use cases to take the mission of a cashless India forward,” Ola Money senior vice president Pallav Singh, said in a statement.
Ola Money is a mobile payments wallet company of taxi-hailing app Olacabs and is available on Google's Android, iOS and Windows operating system.
