Features on iPhone 15 Series that we have been using in Android devices for long
Apple is known to be a torch-bearer when it comes to innovations in the tech industry. The Cupertino-based company recently launched its iPhone 15 Series and introduced several new features. However, many of these features announced by the company have already been there for a long and Android users had have access to them for over a year.
Here we are going to tell you some of these features that are new for iOS users but already available to Android users.
USB-C: Apple continued to use its proprietary Lightning cable even as other smartphone makers switched to micro USB and then to USB-C. It has finally introduced USB-C to its smartphones with the launch of the iPhone 15 Series.

While the USB-C ports in both the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus support USB 2, USB-C ports on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max support USB 3.
5X Zoom: The iPhone 15 Pro Max features a new Telephoto lens that allows 5x optical zoom. This allows 25x digital zoon on iPhone 15 Pro Max. It is much below what is available on Android smartphones. For example, Samsung's latest Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone has 100x Space Zoom and Pixel 7 Pro has 30x digital "Super Res Zoom" with its 5x optical zoom lens.

Voice Isolation: Apple has introduced the Voice Isolation feature to its iPhone 15 Series. Apple said that it has a "more advanced machine-learning model." to filter unwanted sounds during phone calls. This feature is already available on Android smartphones like Samsung with the name of 'Voice Focus'.
Ray Tracing: The iPhone 15 Pro smartphone comes with an A17 Pro chip that offers upgrades like ray tracing. However, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipsets have been supporting ray tracing for quite some time now. Samsung Galaxy S23 Series, iQOO 11 5G and some other Android smartphones support ray tracing.
