Honor 90 launch in India today: HTech is all set to launch its much-hyped smartphone in India - Honor 90 5G. The company already confirmed that the launch event will take place on September 14 and it will be live-streamed so that interested people can join online and get to know all the details of the upcoming smartphone.

The live streaming of the launch event will be available on the official YouTube channel of the company and on Amazon. According to the company, the recording will be done via the 200MP primary camera of the Honor 90 5G smartphone. It boasts a 1/1.4-inch sensor, which is 25 per cent larger than the previous generation.

According to the company, the upcoming Honor 90 5G will come with the industry-first Zero Risk Eye-Comfort Display boasting the industry's highest and safest 3840Hz PWM Dimming technology. The company claims that the smartphone offers flicker-free viewing experience to minimise eye strain

The smartphone will come with a 6.7-inch quad-curved floating display and the display can achieve a peak HDR brightness of 1,600 nits, enhancing the vibrancy of HDR content.

Also, the Honor 90 5G is equipped with the innovative Circadian Night Display technology, a feature specifically designed to enhance user sleep quality during nighttime usage. This feature filters out harmful blue light and smoothly transitions the screen's colour temperature in a natural manner, supporting a healthier sleep cycle.

"Extensive lab tests conducted by HONOR indicate a 20% increase in melatonin levels with this feature, contributing to longer and better sleep quality for users," the company said in a release.
