Infinix, a Chinese company, has unveiled its new budget smartphone - Infinix Smart 8HD. Priced at Rs 5,669, the smartphone targets Indian users looking for low-budget smartphones. The smartphone comes with features like a 'MAGIC RING' function, a 5000mAh battery, a 13MP dual AI camera, an 8MP selfie camera, a display with 90Hz refresh rate and a fingerprint sensor. Design and looks:

The Infinix Smart 8HD features a timber texture back panel, a camera design with a ring flash and a colour-matched frame, and a 90Hz punch-hole 6.6-inch HD+ sunlight-readable display with 500 nits. The display notch includes the 'Magic Ring' feature, offering basic information such as background calls, charging animation, charging reminders, and low battery reminders.

Processor and battery:

A smartphone comes with a UniSOC T606 processor, the company claims that it has an AnTuTu score of 230K+. It comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM (expandable up to 2TB via a memory card). The camera setup includes a 13MP dual AI camera with a quad LED ring flash and an 8MP selfie camera with an LED flash.

The Smart 8HD is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that can be charged through the Type-C port, providing a runtime of over a day according to the company.
