iQOO 9 Pro, iQOO 9 confirmed to launch soon in India; iQOO 7 Legend official device for BGMI series
The smartphone brand also announced that iQOO 7 Legend will be the official smartphone for the finals of the biggest Battle Royale Esports event in India—the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) series.
Vivo sub-brand iQOO on Thursday announced that the high-performance premium iQOO 9 series smartphones -- iQOO 9 Pro, iQOO 9 will be launching in India soon with features like Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, fastest available 120W Flash Charge technology, Dual X-axis linear Motor for exceptional haptics experience and large VC Liquid Cooling System for the unmatched gaming experience.
The smartphone brand also announced that iQOO 7 Legend will be the official smartphone for the finals of the biggest Battle Royale Esports event in India—the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) series. The finalists of the tournament will be playing their final battle on the powerful iQOO 7 Legend.

The iQOO Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) series received an overwhelming response in the last three phases, with a total participation of 101,000 teams. This is the first esports tournament hosted by Krafton, following the incredible response by fans to the official launch of Battlegrounds Mobile India earlier in the year.
The tournament is being live-streamed on Battlegrounds Mobile India earlier official channels, BGMI Esports Channel and iQOO Esports official YouTube channel. During the Semi-Finals, the teams that will be showcasing their gaming talent are TSM, Team X Spark, Skylightz Gaming, OR esports, Hyderabad Hydra along with 19 other teams that have qualified.
The prize pool of this tournament is Rs 1,00,00,000 with the winner taking home the lion’s portion of Rs 50 lakh. The prize money for the second and third places will be Rs 25 lakh and Rs 10 lakh, respectively, the company said.
