We are just a few days away from Flipkart biggest sale ever. This year, the e-commerce giant will be launching its ‘The Big Billion Days’ sale on October 10. The sale will continue till October 14, and best deals will be available on everything right from smartphones to home appliances and clothing. Interestingly, to promote its upcoming sales, Flipkart has roped in big names of Bollywood and sports. This makes the upcoming sale even more exciting for consumers.

Flipkart on its website says, “Stay tuned for the biggest e-commerce sale the country has ever seen. Yes, the Big Billion Days are back from the 10th to 14th October. What is up for grabs? Everything from Mobiles, Laptops, Clothing, Washing Machines, TVs, Cameras, Furniture to Groceries: it’s time you start making that list!.”

One of the biggest name that Flipkart has roped in is Bollywood’s ‘Big B’ Amitabh Bachchan. The big Bachchan is promoting Flipkart sale with tagline of ‘Ab India Hoga Budget se Mukt.”

This simply means that, products will be offered at quite low budget. Also HDFC Bank is giving 10% instant discount on payments made through their debit and credit cards.

Promoted by Bachchan, Flipkart has listed out its timetable of the sale.

From October 10 - October 14, there will be crazy deals given on products. The fashion outlet will have up to 90% off, while TV & Appliances will have up to 80% off. Home and furniture will have between 50% to 90% discount. Meanwhile, beauty, sports and toys will have discounts ranging from 50% to 90%.

For smartphones and devices there is a separate bumper sale from October 11 - October 14. Mobiles are expected to great discounts, while gadgets and accessories are going to have about 80% discount.

In fact, there is 3 hours exclusive early access to the sale for plus members. It will begin on October 09 till midnight.

Amitabh Bachchan is not alone promoting the Flipkart sale. The online shopping portal has a column called as ‘Crazy deals’ for every 8 hours which is promoted by Badminton champion Saina Nehwal.

Then there is Diljit Dosanjh promoting Flipkart brands which will be having up to 70% discount on more than 130 categories.

MTV Roadies, Splitsvilla anchor Ranvijay Singh is promoting beauty, toys, sports and more items. More than 1 lakh product will have discounts.

Bollywood and Telugu, Tamil actress Tamannah is seen promoting home and furniture categories offered on Flipkart. More than 30 lakh products will have heavy discounts.

For gadgets and accessories, Flipkart has former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni promoting the category. Over 3 crore products will have heavy deals.

The TV & Appliances category was promoted by Sourav Chandidas Ganguly who was also a former Indian cricketer and captain of the Indian national team. On this, there are over 500 products to see discounts.

Then there was Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor promoting fashion category of Flipkart. More than 1000 brands will be offering discounts on over 1 crore products.

As for smartphones category, Flipkart has fielded current Indian captain Virat Kohli. The captain is promoting the mobile devices with a tagline saying ‘Jaw Dropping Deals’. There are few products revealed which are having massive discounts. Latest launch Oppo F9 Pro can be purchased at Rs 4,190 or even lower, while Own LG G7+ ThinQ for as much as Rs 4,000. Flipkart has also revealed that Oppo F9 will also have offers, however, will be announced shortly. There are buyback guarantee and exchange offers also available.

Hence, if you want to partake in Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale, then you might want to start making a list for your favorite products.
