E-commerce giant Flipkart teased Realme 3 on Friday, just days before its India launch scheduled for March 4. Flipkart has made a micro site for Realme where the smartphone manufacturer took a jibe at the Redmi Note 7 that carries a 14nm Snapdragon 660 SoC by showing the presence of a 12nm MediaTek Helio P70 SoC on the Realme 3. The company claims that Realme 3 is a phone that's '3 steps ahead of the competition'. It will be launched at 12:30 pm on March 4 in India and the micro site reveals a few features of the smartphone.
Even though there is no mention, the company might also launch Realme 3 Pro to counter Xiaomi's recently launched Redmi Note 7 Pro. The Flipkart teaser also confirms that Realme 3 will sport a waterdrop-style and "dew-drop" display notch. The smartphone is powered by a massive 4,230mAh battery which is more than what is being offered by Redmi Note 7 that was launched by Xiaomi on Thursday.
The Flipkart micro site does not reveal the price of Realme 3 but it does mention that the smartphone will come at an "unbelievable price". The company had earlier priced both Realme 1 and Realme 2 at Rs 8,990 is expected to price the new Realme 3 around the same range.
