IPL 2018: Flipkart gives heavy discounts on LED TVs, last date to avail the offer

The 2018 Indian Premier League has kicked off in first week of this month, and during this season many companies have come up with various offers, with latest one being e-commerce giant Flipkart who has launched a 'TVDays' sale giving heavy discount on various LED TV brands. Promoting this unique cricket season Flipkart laid out a slogan saying, 'TVs that are a league apart' luring customers by giving reasons to enjoy the matches by just sitting at home.There is a craze when it comes to IPL among Indians heart, as everyone enjoys watching the game and support their favourite team or players. However, it needs to note that, the Flipkart TV sale had commenced since April 13, and today would be last date for customers in availing offers provided on LEDs.

Flipkart says, "Whether you want to catch the live telecast of major sports events with a group of friends or whether you’re looking for a way to blow some steam off with some quality time to yourself, there’s one source of entertainment that never disappoints – the television set. A living room doesn’t feel like an entertainment room unless there’s a sleek TV set in the center. Have trouble falling asleep? Set up a TV set in your bedroom. A little white noise sounding in the background is always an effective sleep inducer."

One thing is for sure, under this sale Flipkart has targetted low-budget customers.

Starting with Vu LED in 80cm (32 inch) was priced at Rs 12,999 - having a discount of Rs 3,001 from it's market price of Rs 16,000.

In the same brand, a 98cm (39 inch) Full HD LED Tv was available at Rs 18,999 lower compared to their market price of Rs 26,500 - with this the TV had a discount of Rs 7,501 on Flipkart.

Second in line having discount was Micromax LED Tvs. A 81cm (32 inch) in this brand was priced at Rs 12,499 - having a discount of Rs 7,491 as against the market price of Rs 19,990.

Meanwhile, a 106cm (42 inch) of Micromax price nearly halved on Flipkart and was available at Rs 21,999 compared to their market price of Rs 42,990. This LED TV had the most discount - a massive of Rs 20,991.

On the other hand, a MarQ by Flipkart 80cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED TV saw discount of Rs 5,500 and was priced at Rs 10,999 compared to their market price of Rs 16,499. There even a lower version in this brand - a 61cm (24 inch) which had Rs 3000 off on them and were sold at Rs 8,499 as against market price of Rs 11,499.

It needs to be noted that, the 32 inch LEDs in the above mentioned brand also had Rs 4,000 each off on exchange offer, while the 42 inch and 39 inch had Rs 8,000 each off on exchange offers. The 24 inch LED had Rs 3,000 exchange offer.

Apart from this, HDFC Bank was 10% instant discount on usage of their debit and credit card for purchase of any of the above mentioned LED TVs.

Also, the LED TVs had no cost EMI options on them in this sale.
