iQOO 3 gets cheaper by Rs 4000, now available for Rs 38,990
The base model of the smartphone has got cheaper by Rs 4000 and is available for Rs 34,990 now against the earlier price of Rs 38,990.
iQoo has reduced the price of its first and only smartphone in India as of now – the iQOO 3. The base model of the smartphone has got cheaper by Rs 4000 and is available for Rs 34,990 now against the earlier price of Rs 38,990. Launched in February this year, the iQOO 3 comes in three variants – 8+128GB (4G), 8+256GB (4G) and 12+256GB (5G).
The variants were previously priced at Rs 38,990, Rs 41,990 and Rs 46,990 but are now available at a new price of Rs 34990, Rs 37990 and Rs 44990, respectively. The company said that the new price will be applicable in the India market on Flipkart and iqoo.com and would be available as soon as ecommerce commence delivery of smartphones.
The smartphone is available in two attractive color options —Quantum Silver and Tornado Black.

The company has also announced that it will be aggressive when it comes to Software updates and have promised that the iQOO 3 will be one of the first smartphones to receive Android 11 update and regular security and OTA updates for 3 years.
“In cognizance of the difficult circumstance we are all going through due to the global health pandemic, we understand that affordability will be a key concern for consumers going forward. In order to continue with our proposition of offering best-in-class features with 5G capabilities at an affordable price point, we have decided to refresh our pricing, making the iQOO the most cost-effective 5G enabled device in India,” Gagan Arora, Director-Marketing, iQOO India said.
The iQoo 3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, making the iQoo 3 one of the most powerful devices in the market right now along with the Asus ROG Phone II and Realme X50 Pro 5G. It features a quad rear camera at the back which comprises of a 48MP main camera, a 13MP Telephoto unto 10x Zoom, a 13MP super wide angle with 120° and macro camera and 2MP Bokeh camera.
iQoo 3 is equipped by Monster Touch Buttons that use two pressure-sensitive buttons on the side frame of helping users to achieve quick multi-finger operations in the game.
The smartphone packs a 4400 mAh battery which has 55W fast charge support. The tech claims to charge the phone from 0 to 50 per cent in 15 minutes.
