The iQOO Z7 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G Processor. Also, it comes with India's first 64MP OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) Ultra-Stable Camera in the segment.

The smartphone has a 4,500mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging. Some other features of the device are Ultra Game Mode, an AMOLED screen with an in-display fingerprint sensor and a screen brightness of 1300 nits.
