Vivo has announced its latest addition to the V series lineup in India - Vivo V29e. It comes with an artistic design and a glass back. According to the company, it features the segment’s slimmest body with a 120Hz 3D curved display along with a 50MP Eey AF selfie camera and 64MP OIS Night Portrait Camera.

Vivo V29e price in India

Available in two colours, Artistic Red and Artistic Blue, Vivo V29e is priced at Rs 26,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant and Rs 28,999 for the 8GB+256GB. The smartphone will be available for purchase starting September 7, 2023, across Flipkart, Vivo India e-store, and all partner retail stores.

Vivo V29e price in India: Discounts and offers

Consumers pre-booking the smartphone online via Flipkart and Vivo e-store can avail an instant discount of Rs 2,500 using HDFC and SBI cards, along with an additional exchange bonus of Rs 2,000. At mainline stores, consumers can pre-book and avail up to 10 per cent cashback using ICICI, SBI, HDB Financial Services and One card along with an additional upgrade bonus of up to INR 2,500.

Vivo V29e: 120Hz 3D Curved Display

Vivo V29e showcases features a dual pattern back with a diamond cut design and glass finish. It features a large 17.22cm (6.78-inch) 120Hz 3D curved display with a peak brightness of up to 1300 nits and 1.07 billion colours for an immersive viewing experience.

V29e is the slimmest smartphone in the segment, featuring a slim 7.5 mm body, and weighs just 180.5 grams. "Additionally, the Vivo V29e brings our much-loved Color Changing Fluorite AG Glass technology in a new colour, Artistic Red. The smartphone is also available in an Artistic Blue colour which is associated with creativity, originality, and arranging things beautifully," the company said in a release.

Vivo V29e: Camera

Vivo V29e comes with a 50 MP Eye AF Selfie camera on the front. According to the company, its advanced Eye AF technology locks the subject’s eye – whether moving or still, capturing every image with sharp focus and rich details.

Vivo V29e houses a 64MP OIS Night Portrait main camera along with an 8MP wide-angle camera. The camera system is now capable of capturing 6 times more light, resulting in incredible night portraits. The V29e enhances the portrait photography experience by offering 2X mode, thereby enabling consumers to capture DSLR-like portraits.

Vivo V29e: Battery

Vivo V29e is packed with a large 5000mAh battery and supports 44W FlashCharge. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and offers 8GB of additional RAM through its Extended RAM 3.0 feature. The smartphone runs on FunTouch OS 13 based on the Android 13 platform.
