OPPO Enco Air3 Review: Design
TRENDING NOW
OPPO Enco Air3's case is sleek and very handy. The oval-shaped charging case can easily sneak into your pocket. The case has a transparent-lid design, so you do not have to open the lid to check whether the earbuds are present in the case or not. The Enco Air3 is lightweight and weighs just 3.75gm each. Also, the earbuds and charging case together weigh only 37.4gm.
The one thing that most of us consider while buying earbuds is their size and design. Enco Air3 earbuds don't come with silicon ear tips so they may not fit well in the ears of some people. Some people find it uncomfortable but the lightweight body of the earbuds makes up for missing silicon ear tips. I personally found Enco Air3 to be very comfortable while using it. It fitted really well in my ears.
OPPO Enco Air3 Review: Pairing and connectivity
Pairing the device is quite easy and once paired, you simply need to pop open the charging case and place the buds in your ears as it automatically connects to your device. Enco Air3 comes with Bluetooth 5.3 version, which is quite stable. It offers standard Bluetooth range of 10 meters.
The OPPO Enco Air3 allows users to connect or pair up to two devices at the same time, making it very convenient to use.
OPPO Enco Air3 Review: Battery and charging
The OPPO Enco Air3 offers decent playtime. In terms of numbers, the battery capacity of the earbuds and charging case is 27mAh and 300mAh respectively. The company claims to offer six hours of playtime and I experienced similar runtime on a single charge. The battery life may vary according to usage.
You can charge the earbuds, along with the charging case, in roughly two hours. Once fully charged, the case can fully charge earbuds 3-4 times. It can be charged using a Type-C charger, but you won't find one with the device. However, as most of the devices now come with Type-C chargers, this will most likely not be an issue for users.
OPPO Enco Air3 Review: Audio quality
The OPPO Enco Air3 comes with 13.4mm drivers. For the uninitiated, bigger drivers mean clearer vocals and powerful bass. At this price range, it is something that will keep Enco Air3 a step ahead of its competitors.
The sound quality is nice, but only up to a certain range. At higher volumes there tends to be some loss in details.
While calling, people on the other side of the calls sometimes complained of lack of voice clarity, echo and hollowness in sound.
OPPO Enco Air3 Review: Verdict
The device looks nice and is comfortable to use. It can handle all your tasks but calling sometimes leaves more to be desired, especially when speaking softly. But at this price range, you must definitely give these TWS earbuds a try.
