The phone we reviewed has 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM (storage capacity). This Realme 10 Pro Plus 5g is available at Rs 25,999 on Flipkart. It is available in Dark Matter, Nebula Blue, and Hyperspace Gold colour options. Hyperspace Gold (the one we reviewed) attracts fingerprints and gets easily smudged. But the fact is there are very few people who use phones without back covers. So it is only a concern for those who don't like using back covers.

Realme 10 Pro Plus 5G: Design, Display, Sound and Weight

The phone looks fantastic and what adds to its beauty is a two-sided curved profile. The phone is quite thin (just 7.78 mm) and feels very comfortable while carrying in your hand - despite the fact that it has a big screen with a 6.7-inch display. The very important thing to mention here is Realme 10 Pro Plus 5g is quite lightweight and weighs just 173 grams. This is when it is powered by a big 5,000 mAh battery. The company claims it to be the thinnest 5,000 mAh battery smartphone ever released globally.

The phone has a twin-ring camera module at the top left corner that gives it a classic look. Also, the SIM card tray has been placed at the lower end of the phone, just next to the charging port.

The smartphone comes with a curved vision display refresh rate of 120Hz and 93.65 per cent screen-to-body ratio. However, Realme 10 Pro Plus gives you three options for screen refresh rate - auto select, high and standard. It is to be noted that a high refresh rate consumes more battery.

One very important point to note is that it has a flicker-free OLED Display. This means your screen won't flicker in low light.

While the display quality is quite good, dual stereo speakers present at both ends of the phone give a very good sound quality. Streaming content from Netflix or Amazon Prime isn’t a hassle.

The Realme 10 Pro Plus 5G sports a triple camera set-up on the back, featuring a 108MP primary camera sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 4cm ultra macro sensor. On the front, the phone has a 16MP camera sensor.

The image quality of this phone is quite good - during the daylight. Don't expect much in low-light conditions. Similarly, the ultra-wide-angel sensor and macro lens work just fine.

There are some very cool photo editing features that will help users enhance image quality. Some of them are AI Palettes and Retouch - to increase eye size, eye brightness, remove dark circles and teeth whitener.

The Realme 10 Pro Plus 5g supports 67W fast wired charging, which the company has named SUPERVOOC. Interestingly, the phone comes with an 80W charger in the box. The phone has a massive battery of 5,000 mAh and it would take over 1 hour to get fully charged. The one important thing that needs to be highlighted is that other smartphones with 33W chargers take almost the same amount of time to fully charge a phone with a 5,000 mAh battery as the 67W charger provided with Realme 10 Pro Plus 5g.

One fully charged, it can easily last for a day despite very heavy usage. Those with basic usage can use it for even two days.

Realme 10 Pro Plus 5g: Processor

The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1080 5G SoC paired with the Mali-G68 GPU. It runs Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 on top. The phone works seamlessly and you can easily perform multiple tasks in a go.

Quick Launch helps you launch your favourite icon immediately after unlocking the screen. All you have to do is quickly slide your finger to the icon in the quick launch menu. It is worth mentioning that you can add five of your favourite apps to the menu.
