In a statement on Saturday, Nazara Technologies said that it would hold the board meeting "to consider and if thought fit, approve the issuance of equity shares/securities of the Company on a preferential basis, including for consideration other than cash, to one or more persons, and raising of funds by issuance of equity shares/securities of the Company on a preferential basis."
