Ram Setu Box Office Collection Day 1: Ram Setu was released in theatres on October 25. Written by Chandra Prakash Dwivedi and Abhishek Sharma, the film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharuccha and veteran actor Nassar in lead roles.

Ram Setu Box Office Collection Day 1: Among the two big releases on Tuesday - October 25, Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Ram Setu’ started well on day 1 of its release, especially in mass pockets. The action-adventure movie has got a head start due to the holiday, maintaining the momentum in the long-extended weekend is crucial for the film said film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

Helmed by Abhishek Sharma the film collected around Rs 15 crore on the first day of its release.

Ram Setu was released in theatres on October 25. Written by Chandra Prakash Dwivedi and Abhishek Sharma, the film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharuccha and veteran actor Nassar in lead roles. The film is produced by Akshay Kumar's Cape of Good Films, Abundantia Entertainment, Lyca Productions and Amazon Prime Video.

The film has clashed with Indra Kumar-directed 'Thank God' starring Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra, and Rakul Preet Singh in the leading roles. Ram Setu is ahead of the latter's collection on day 1 box office earnings.

The decent opening comes as a relief to the makers after Akshay Kumar's last released films like Raksha Bandhan and Samrat Prithviraj failed to impress the audience.

Ram Setu follows an atheist archaeologist turned believer who must race against time to prove the true existence of the legendary Ram Setu before evil forces destroy the pillar of India's heritage.
