IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023: Industrial Development Bank of India Limited (IDBI) is hiring for 2100 positions. As many as 800 vacancies are for the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) position, and 1300 vacancies are for the Executive - Sales and Operations (ESO) position. All the interested candidates can apply till December 6, 2023.

Junior Assistant Manager: Eligibility

The minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years and a maximum of 25 years. An eligible candidate should have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60 per cent marks for the General and OBC categories, while it should be (55 per cent for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a university recognised/ approved by the Government/Govt. bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.

Executive- Sales and Operations

The minimum age of the candidate should be 20 and a maximum of 25. A graduate from a recognised university in any discipline from a University recognised/ approved by the Government/Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.

IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023: Salary

Junior Assistant Manager compensation on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range from Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining. While Executives will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration of Rs. 29,000 per month in the first year and Rs. 31,000 per month in the second year.

IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023: Selection process

Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ - The selection process shall comprise an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

Executive –Sales and Operations (ESO): The selection process shall comprise an Online Test(OT), Document Verification (DV) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
