IRCTC Helicopter booking for Kedarnath: Service to start today; check online registration process, temple timing and other details

Kedarnath helicopter booking start date 2023, Kedarnath helicopter service: IRCTC or the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation will start the online booking of helicopter service for Kedarnath Dham from today, March 31. Passengers can book their tickets from the official website of IRCTC after the online registration for Kedarnath.

The state government has given the responsibility of booking helicopters for Kedarnath to IRCTC for transparency in ticket booking and to prevent unauthorised sales of it.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority and IRCTC.

Kedarnath helicopter booking start date 2023 Online 

To book the helicopter services, devotees will need to first complete the registration on the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board for visiting the holy shrine of Kedarnath.

Besides, registration can also be done through Tourist Care Uttarakhand mobile app and also through the WhatsApp facility.

Devotees will need to Type Yatra to initiate the registration process on Mobile no. 91 8394833833.

Kedarnath temple opening date 2023

Situated in the upper Garhwal Himalayas, the doors of Kedarnath Dham will open on April 25 after nearly six months of closure.

Registrations for Char Dham

The process of registration of Char Dham started in the month of February.

The doors of Badrinath Dham will open on April 27.

Yamunotri opening date 2023, Gangotri Dham opening date 2023
