PM Modi in Karnataka: Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Kannada film stars and sportspersons at Bengaluru’s Raj Bhavan on Sunday evening. The PM was in the Garden City to inaugurate the 14th edition of Aero India at the Yalahanka Air Force station complex on the outskirts of Bengaluru.
'KGF Chapter 2' actor Yash, director-actor of 'Kantara' - Rishab Shetty, producer Vijay Kirgandur, late Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar's wife Ashiwni Puneeth Rajkumar and Kannada standup comedian 'Aiyyo' Shraddha were invited to a dinner party hosted by the Prime Minister.
During the visit, they discussed different aspects of the entertainment industry with Prime Minister Modi like the number of theatres in the state, the effect of cinema and how it will help boost in the economy, a PTI report said.

Naveen Kumar Gowda aka Yash, is an Indian actor who is extremely famous for his work in the movie 'KGF'. He met PM Modi at Bengaluru’s Raj Bhavan on Sunday evening. Yash was dressed in simple attire, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.

'Kantara' fame director-actor Rishab Shetty was also invited to the dinner party. He was clad in a traditional white dhoti and shirt.
"Inspiring meeting PM @narendramodi as we discussed role of Entertainment industry in shaping New India and Progressive Karnataka. According to IANS, during his meeting, Modi appreciated Rishab for 'Kantara' and congratulated him for the film's huge success.

Shraddha Jain met the PM in Bengaluru’s Raj Bhavan. She is known for her work in the hit Prime Video series 'Pushpavalli' and social comedy feature 'Doctor G'. Jain took to her official Twitter page on Monday to share the picture with the PM. "Namashkar, yes, I met the Honorable Prime Minister of our Country. His first word to me was ‘Aiyyo!’. I am not blinking, that’s my ‘O My Jod, he really said that, this is really happening!!!!’ look. Thank you @PMOIndia!," she tweeted.

'Kantara' producer Vijay Kiragandur is the owner of Hombale Films. According to Hombale Films, the actors and producers met the PM to discuss the role of the entertainment industry "in shaping new India and progressive Karnataka".
