ICC T20 World Cup Semi-Final, India vs England: Team India advanced to the semi-finals of ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 after defeating Zimbabwe by 71 runs in their last group stage match on Sunday.

As a result, Team India will face England on November 10 at Adelaide Oval, Australia. The Semi-final 2 - India vs England, is supposed to start at around 1:30 PM IST.

India had already qualified on Sunday morning after the Netherlands defeated South Africa by 13 runs, knocking Proteas out of the tournament and paving India’s way to the semi-finals.

Wednesday’s semi-final match shall be the fourth such face-off between India and Jos Buttler's England. Earlier, they both had played each other in the 2007, 2014, and 2016 editions.

On the other hand, Pakistan on Sunday fought the virtual quarterfinals against Bangladesh to sail into the semifinals of the T20 World Cup 2022. Pakistan will play first semi-final with New Zealand, which become the first team this season to qualify.

On Sunday, Indian batsman Suryakumar Yadav reaffirmed his status as a short-format magician with another magnificent effort as India crushed Zimbabwe by 71 runs here on Sunday.

Zimbabwe's batting depth was never enough to surpass that score and they were shot out for 115 in 17.2 overs with Ravichandran Ashwin (3/22) enjoying a good day at the office.

On the bowling side, Hardik Pandya and Mohammed Shami took two wickets apiece while Arshdeep Singh and Bhuvneshwar Kumar shared a wicket each.
