India Vs Sri Lanka 2nd T20I Match 2023, Scorecard Updates, IND VS SL LIVE Streaming: Valiant fifties by Axar Patel and Suryakumar Yadav weren't enough as India over fell short of Sri Lanka's target of 207 by 16 runs in the second T20I match in Pune on Thursday.

Axar Patel struck 65 off 31 deliveries, and was ably supported by SKY who scored 51 off 36 balls, but India could only muster 190 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs.

Early today, Indian skipper Hardik Pandya has won the toss and opted to bowl first in the second T20.

Batting first, Sri Lanka scored 206 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. For the visitors, skipper Dasun Shanaka and wicket-keeper Kusal scored half centuries.

Shanaka remained not-out for 56, while Mendis scored 52 and was out leg-before off Yuzvendra Chahal's bowling.

For the hosts, pacer Umran Malik picked 3 wickets, while Axar Patel claimed 2 scalps.
