It won’t be wrong to say that the prospect of these two high-profile tech billionaires battling each other in a bout for the ages has generated tremendous buzz on social media. After Musk challenged Zuckerberg to a cage match on Twitter, the martial art enthusiast responded with a “send me the location” note.

It all started when Elon Musk responded to a user on Twitter who said that Facebook is planning to come up with a Twitter-like platform.

Responding to a report that stated Facebook is planning to come up with a platform named Thread, Musk said, "I am sure Earth can't wait to be exclusively under Zuck's thumb with no other options. At least it will be 'sane'. Was worried there for a moment."

The user then tried to draw Elon Musk’s attention towards Mark Zuckerberg’s jiu-jitsu experience. It is worth noting that the Facebook founder recently won an amateur Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament. But an undeterred Musk shot back at this user’s tweet and replied, “I'm up for a cage match if he is lol."

Mark Zuckerberg ready for Elon Musk’s challenge

Mark Zuckerberg, who is the boss of Instagram’s parent company Meta, shared a screenshot of Elon Musk's tweet on his Stories. He captioned it, "Send me location.”

Reacting to the development, Meta spokesperson Iska Saric said, "The story speaks for itself.”
