Delhi almost flooded due to 1 hour of rain, Monsoon arrived after a long delay

The long delayed monsoon finally reached Delhi on Tuesday. This led to heavy traffic jam in the national capital with heavy rain and thunder in the morning. The adjoining areas of the city like Gurgaon and Faridabad have also received rain.
