Wipro Share Price, Wipro Bonus Stock News: Wipro shares inched lower on December 3, trading ex-bonus. The stock dropped to as low as Rs 290.3 apiece on BSE. Earlier, the Bengaluru-based IT major declared a 1:1 bonus.

IT major Wipro Tuesday said a few of its employee accounts had been affected by an "advanced phishing campaign", and the company has taken remedial steps to contain its impact.
Members of the promoter and promoter group of Wipro have indicated their intention to participate in the proposed buyback. This means Premji families who currently hold the majority stake in Wipro will also partake in buyback.
Software services exporter Wipro Ltd today reported a 38% rise in fourth-quarter profit, helped by a strong performance from its banking, financial services and insurance segment.
The company bagged consolidated net profit of Rs 2,484 crore in Q4F1Y9, higher by 37.74% compared to profit of Rs 1,808 crore a year ago same period. But, Q4FY19 PAT plunged by 1.07% as against Rs 2,510.4 crore in Q3FY19.
IT services giant Wipro announced that its net profit has increased by 38.4 per cent to Rs 2,493.9 crore in the March 2019 quarter.
Wipro has also retained an independent forensic firm to assist the company in its investigation of the matter.
